Home Air Conditioning System: How Does It Work?

Most of us don’t really know how an air conditioning system works. It’s not hard to understand how furnaces and boilers work. But how about our air conditioning system? Just how does it make chilly and dehumidified air? To put it simply, it absorbs and dumps warm air into 5 of its parts that work interdependently. These five parts are the following: http://81aircon.com/installations/

Refrigerant – consider this as blood of your system. It converts gas steam to liquid and turns liquid to gas water vapor at low temperatures. That collects heat from your house and then reduces the heat outside of the home.

Compressor – if the refrigerant is the heart, the compressor is the heart. It gives the refrigerant to the other components of your system. Once the refrigerant goes inside the automotive compressor, it comes in as a low pressure. After that, the compressor releases it as a high pressure hot vapor.

Condenser – the hot vapor that was launched from the compressor then enters the condenser. As the hot vapor enters, it goes by through the condenser shelves. There is also a condensing fan that produces cool air within the shelves. All these parts are positioned in a noisy field. This box is called a condensing unit. Right now, as soon as the refrigerant cools down, it changes into another state again; from hot vapor it turns into a high pressured hot liquid. Then, it gets into into the expansion control device.

Expansion Valve – the expansion valve converts the high-pressured hot liquid into a low-pressured cold air. The hot liquid goes in the valve and should go out as a low pressure cold liquid water. Then, it enters the evaporator coil.

Evaporator Coils – This is positioned in the plenum of the furnace. It blows fresha ir back into your house.

So, you know that there are many types of systems around nowadays. You have the freedom to choose which one you would buy. That always boils down to preference. Anyway, different types of air conditioning systems are: window, lightweight AIR CONDITIONING UNIT system, the ductless AIR CONDITIONING UNIT system as well as the central air health system. Keep in head that even if they may appear not the same as each other, all of them still use the components I mentioned above.

It certainly is good to know how your these systems works. Are you aware? So that when something’s not right with your system, you should at least know which aspect is having problems.
